Article II
MembershipThe membership of the Association shall be open to all individuals who have completed the Leadership Roane County Program.
Article III
Board of DirectorsSection 1. Number and Term:
1.1 The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of Directors consisting of from ten to fourteen members.
1.2 At its organizational meeting, the Leadership Roane County Alumni shall elect twelve members to serve as the associations first Board of Directors. Those twelve members shall draw lots for four 1-year terms, four 2-year terms and four 3-year terms.
1.3 Thereafter, four Board members shall be elected annually from the membership with the annual meeting for a term of three years.
1.4 A nominating committee appointed by the President will present a single slate of board candidates for mailing to the membership with the annual meeting notice. Nominations may also be made from the floor, with the nominee's permission.
1.5 Directors may serve no more than two concurrent terms.
