   c .    Treasurer : The Treasurer shall oversee the keeping of accounts of al monies received and expended for the use of the Association and shall oversee the making of disbursements authorized by the Board of Directors or officers as appropriate. The Treasurer shall oversee the depositing of all sums received by the Association in the depositories approved by the Board of Directors, and shall make a report to the annual meeting or when called upon by the President. At the expiration of his term of office, the Treasurer shall ensure that all books, monies, and other property are properly accounted for to his successor.

   d.    Secretary : The Secretary shall be responsible for the taking, preparation, and preservation of the minutes of meetings of the members and the Board of Directors. The Secretary shall attest documents and perform such other duties as usually pertain to the office of Secretary or as may be assigned by the Board of Directors.

   e.    Corresponding Secretary : The Board may choose to select as Corresponding Secretary someone who will assist the Secretary in duties which usually pertain to the office of Secretary in duties which usually pertain to the office of Secretary.

1.   Standing Committees : There shall be the following Standing Committees of the Association :
   a.    Communications
   b.    Program
   c.    Community Involvement
